Bourbon & Beyond 2026: Transportation Guide (September 24–27)

Bourbon & Beyond lands at the Highland Festival Grounds at the Kentucky Exposition Center on September 24–27, 2026 — four days of music, food, and, as advertised, a great deal of bourbon.

Which brings up the obvious point, and we’re going to be direct about it.

It’s a bourbon festival. Don’t drive.

This isn’t a lecture. It’s just arithmetic. The entire premise of the event is tasting bourbon. If you drive yourself, one of two things happens: someone in your group doesn’t drink, or someone in your group makes a bad decision.

Neither of those is a good weekend.

The third option is the one that actually works: arrange a driver in advance and let everybody enjoy the festival they paid for.

Why we’re the right call for this one

Bourbon transportation is what Good Vibes does.

Our regular business is running small-group distillery tours across Kentucky — Bardstown, Shelbyville, the Lexington corridor. Our drivers know every back road to every distillery in the state. Moving a group safely to and from a bourbon event is not a stretch for us. It’s the core of the job.

For Bourbon & Beyond:

  • 1 to 12 passengers — Mercedes Metris or Mercedes Sprinter
  • Fully insured, meticulously maintained fleet
  • Flat rate for the vehicle, not per person — split it across the group
  • Pickup when you’re ready — not when an app decides a driver is available

Make a weekend of it

Here’s a move a lot of groups make: pair the festival with an actual distillery tour.

You’re already in Kentucky. You’re already thinking about bourbon. Add a two- or three-distillery run on the Friday or the Monday and you’ve turned a festival trip into a proper bourbon weekend — same vehicle, same driver, one booking.

Two festivals, back to back

Louder Than Life runs the weekend before, September 17–20, at the same venue. If you’re doing both, see our Louisville festival season transportation guide and book them together.
